CONDITIONS OF BRICKS/SETS

NEW - In mint and excellent condition

USED - Have been played with, have the possibility of showing minor wear (unless specified)

SETS - New sets mean that all the pieces are in NEW condition; the description will state information about the box. Used states will state condition

FEES

• There is a $1.50 fee on all orders, and will scale up to a maximum fee of $2.70 on large orders (fee is determined by the physical size of the package - the fee is in place to cover packing supply costs)

• There is a 30c + 5% fee to cover PayPal/Stripe and BrickOwl fees

Please note that there will be a $2.50 fee for orders under $5.

ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND / RETURNS

We try our hardest to keep our inventory and prices correct, however, human errors and typos occur. If we happen to list the incorrect stock level, we will message you and resolve the issue (will do a complete refund if you have already paid). If you wish for your order to be cancelled due to an error on our behalf, please contact us and we will be happy to cancel the order with no consequences.

All used bricks are in the conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated on the listing. So if you receive an order and do not like the condition of the bricks, please contact us and we can try to sort out the issue (all orders are also photographed before they are shipped, for security reasons).
Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible nor liable for any loss/damage to the package, and if the package is missing, the buyer will have to take the issue to the selected Postage company/carrier.

If you have already paid for your order, and would like to cancel the order on the basis of a valid reason (judged at our discretion), we will charge a 35% restocking fee of the total order, and refund the remainder.
If you have already paid for your order, and would like to cancel for no valid reason (change of mind; found cheaper prices), no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns 99% of the time, however, if you have a valid reason, please contact us and we can try to figure something out.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

We do our very best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely; the way we would like to receive our packages.

Majority of all orders are shipped within 24hrs of payment, but some may take 2 business days due to Public Holidays (if for some reason the packaging and shipping time of orders was to increase, there would be a banner stating so).

Small Bricks, Pieces and Minifigures	Posted in either a bubble mailer or a cardboard mailer. The max width dimension is 20mm, including the packaging We are happy to post small sets in a cardboard mailer. No insurance nor tracking number.				$2.20
Sets, Large Pieces and Large Orders	Sets will be placed in a shipping box, and padded with bubble-wrap and/or rolled up paper. Costs depend on size and weight of the container - please ask for a quote before ordering. Using Australia Post – Tracking Number included – Insurance up to $100 is included
